Hurt and sick

Soooo... Yesterday, I went on the computer and I was sitting in this chair. I pushed back and fell. My right shoulder blade hit the ground and the top hit the dishwasher. The pain goes from my left-center back, across and up, to my neck, right back, down to my right elbow. I wish I could bruise. This one would be a doozie. To make matters worse, I was up all might throwing up. (You needed to know that.) And I'm not eating. It'll just come back and I ahve a fever of 100.
